INGREDIENTS 1/4 Cup Sargento Chedder Jack Cheese 1- Low Carb Tortilla (LaTortilla Factory Brand) 3 oz Tyson's "Grilled and Ready" Southwestern Chicken Breast Strips 2 Tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa Sprinkle Black Pepper (to taste) optional Cholua Hot Sauce (to taste to add some extra heat and "zip")
DIRECTIONS 1) Place CHICKEN BREAST STRIPS in a microwave container with vented top. Heat for 1:45 - 2:00 minutes. 2) Place TORTILLA on flat plate. 3) Place CHEESE and SALSA in a long row down the middle of tortilla. 4) When chicken is heated, remove from microwave, sprinkle liberally (to taste) with BLACK PEPPER. 5) Place the heated chicken on top the row of cheese and salsa you prepared in step 3. 6) Optional- Add some drops of Cholua Hot Sauce if you like your Mexican food with a little bit of "heat" and some "kick". 6) Place the entire plate holding the constructed tortilla, meat, salsa, cheese to the microwave. Heat for 15-30 seconds. 7) Remove from microwave. Roll into a neat, closed bottom burrito like shape you can hold in your hand. 8) Eat it. "Me Gusta"
