Hey ladies, in the past month I have been approached at the gym at least 6 times by females wanting to know what the best exercises are too tighten and tone the back of the arm .... a notorious weak spot many women over 30 complain about ... The answer .... Overhead triceps extensions and the triceps pulley pushdown. These 2 exercises will give you the best bang for the buck to tone the back of your arms .... much better than kickbacks and other motions.
