Okay - the Answer ....... Forget all the lies, scams and money stealing products on TV. If you are over 35 years old, and you want to make REAL noticeable changes in how you look and feel ---- You will need to make some food changes & spend 3 days per week on a smartly planned routine. Figure no more than 4-5 hours total per week. Heck, most people waste that much time on bad TV shows or surfing internet. THEN ...... you will make great progress in 16 weeks ! THAT my friends is the 100% truth.
