As you may expect, since the announcement of the new book I have received many emails asking if the information about diet, exercise, supplements and other secret tips found in FITNESS at 40 50 60 and BEYOND can really make much difference when one is over 40 years of age. Well, here is the author at age 35 and age 50. My wife says it is Fred Flintstone -vs Clark Kent. Sign up to the forum and share your own personal success stories of positive change. For years, people have been raised in a society that has sort of "brainwashed" us into thinking "OVER 40" is pretty much nothing more than a downwards slide ..... Nonsense. The SMART and CORRECT application of diet, exercise, supplementation and other useful tips can help you redefine that outdated concept of "OVER THE HILL". THIS is what OVER 50 looks like today ....

The newest feedback for the "fitness after 40" book ........
Steve W. - May 2014 I found this book in February. I only wish I had found it years ago. I wasted so much time on diet pills and weight loss plans you see advertised on TV. I guess like many people I believed what the promised in the ads. But I never got any lasting results. I finally learned that real results require a few changes to my lifestyle. I did not know where to start or who to believe. This book was highly recommended so I got it and spent 4 days reading it before I started doing anything new. Now 3 months later, I am 30 lbs lighter but I look more buff in the mirror. Not bad for a 44 year old guy who has been overweight since soon after college.
Wanda H. - May 2014 I have been unhappy with my weight and overall health for at least a decade. I could lose weight if I did one of those prepared meal plans, but the weight never stayed off. After a few months it seemed I had to eat less to keep the weight off and the moment I started eating normal food again, I would gain all my weight back. Now after reading this fitness after 40 book, I understand what was happening to me. I also now realize taking the weight off and keeping it off does not mean living at the gym. I spend 1 hour exercising three times per week doing the "30-3" plan and eat 4 times per day now. I have lost 25 pounds.
Ricardo E. - June 2014 I used to go to the gym 6 days a week. I never saw me getting much better. Much time but not good results. Now I eat better and only go to gym 3 times every week. I am seeing much better results now in only 2 months than I saw doing what I used to do for 2 years. It really helps when you learn the right way to do something and stop wasting time getting no place"
Susan W. - June 2014 After I hit 45 it seemed I could not lose weight no matter what I did. I was also more tired and irritable much of the time. I got this book as a present and learned about the things that add together to make health and weight control harder as we pass 35. I am happy to say I am losing weight, feeling better, looking better and it was easier than I thought it would be.
Jim R. - June 2014 I learned about the book when I saw it advertised at OurTime.com Since I plan to return to the dating world after many years alone I thought it would be a good time to get in better shape to look and feel my best before entering this new stage in my life. So far I am pleased with th
