Tip of the Week - When exercising the lower back (or lifting/pulling a heavy weight), be sure to maintain a strong healthy arch in your lower back. DO NOT bend at the waist. Instead, rotate from the hip. Your back should NOT become rounded at any time when lifting or pulling heavy weights if you hope to prevent lower back injuries now or in the future.
